GIUSEPPE PELÀ vintage frame
Giuseppe Pelà has been one of the most productive frame builders in Italy during the 40s/50s/60s. He built the frames for tens of pro riders in many teams (Benotto, Taurus, Frejus, Faemino, etc.). This particular frame could be dated around mid 60s, when he was brazing frames for the Taurus Filotex team
