A classic from the late 40s / early 60s, high end stem used by many Italian pro teams. Someone preferred to use this steel version rather the aluminum one

Good condition with some usage marks; it has been rechromed and a stripe of the new chrome layer is fallen away on the top of the cl&the clamp bolt is missing
